Charlie is the current chairperson of our club Bord na nÓg and does a lot of unseen work behind the scenes to ensure good structures are in place for our underage teams. He also coaches our U9 boys’ team. More accustomed to dipping sheep, Charlie will be hoping to dip over the finish line ahead of his fierce competitor and training partner Gary McGinty on the 29th of September. His wife Deirdre has numerous family members taking part but insists Charlie will get her full attention if any physio is required!
