Claire says she is taking part in our cycle as a thank you to the club for the support, training and friendship her son Liam has received over the years as a member of our hurling team. The hurlers have made great strides in recent times and have contested finals for the last two years. Already training hard for the big event, Claire will be a leader among novices and may have to give some counselling sessions to some of our male participants who may struggle with the task ahead!
